Need a highlight for your summer? Find it at Tree of Life
Lutheran Bible Camp, a one-week summer camp in the beautiful Sierra
foothills! Our program is for both children and teens, from those
just starting grade 4 to those just out of high school. We offer a
week of Bible study, Christian fellowship, and just plain fun
in God's great outdoors.
Take a look at what camp is like in our 4-minute video
promo. Many thanks to Vaughn Klebig for putting it together! Click

is too slow to watch the video while it is downloading, right-click

- 10/18/2007: Camp dates for 2008 have been set to
July 13-19. We received quite a bit of feedback that last
year's mid-June dates were too early, and fortunately we had the
opportunity to book a mid-July date for 2008.
Events:
- Sunday March 2, 2008, 2:30pm:
Annual general membership meeting with elections to Board of
Directors, at Good Shepherd, Livermore.
All our sponsoring churches are invited to send representatives to
the annual meeting. The usual agenda includes electing directors
and officers, discussing the annual financial report, and ongoing
planning for this year's camp.
- April 27, 2008:
Staff application forms should be submitted to the camp staffing
committee by this date. Please give your completed form to your
pastor for his evaluation and signature well ahead of time. Late
staff applications are often accepted, but please apply as early
as possible so that we are not scrambling for staff at the last minute!
- Sunday June 1, 2008, 2:30pm:
Camp board of directors meet at
Good Shepherd, Livermore. (Postponed from May 4.)
- June 22, 2008:
Camper applications should be submitted by this date. Late
applications are accepted on a space-available bases. Please
telephone or email us if your application will be late. (Contact
information is provided on the application form.)

Good Shepherd, Livermore.
Staff, campers, and parents are invited to attend this meeting and
give feedback on this year's camp to help us improve for next year.
- Sunday November 9, 2008, 2:30pm:
Camp board of directors meet at
Good Shepherd, Livermore.
Kickoff meeting to plan 2009 camp, set fees, initiate publicity, etc.
Rates for 2008 are $350 for the first child in a family,
$235 for each additional child, and $120 for each Little Lamb aged 4-7
(3 and under are free). Senior applicants (9th-12th) should add $5 to
their camper fee for the cost of their special Friday night
festivities.
Snack bar cards are available in $5 and $10
denominations, with a $15 maximum per camper. We recommend at most
$10 for Juniors and Intermediates. Campers with snack bar cards do
not need money during the week, and we discourage bringing it.
Unused portions of snack bar cards can be refunded at the end of camp.
Registration forms and fees are due three weeks before
the first day of camp. You can get forms from your church or download them here. Late registrations are
accepted when space is available. Please telephone to reserve a space
if your registration will be late.
